Making a gift

Can I see it before I pay?

Yes. You see the whole gift, exactly as they will, before you pay anything.

How many photos can I add?

Up to 5. They're made smaller on your phone, so the gift loads fast even on mobile data.

Can I add a voice note?

Yes, up to a minute. It plays with your letter.

Which languages can I use?

The gift's own words can be in English, Malayalam or Manglish. The website itself is in English or Malayalam.

Do they need an app?

No. It opens in the browser on any phone, straight from WhatsApp.

How do I send it?

After you pay you get one link. Send it on WhatsApp, or anywhere you like.

Can it open at midnight?

Yes. Choose midnight on their birthday and it opens at midnight their time, even if you're in Dubai.

What if I don't know their birthday?

Leave it out. The gift can open right away, or at any time you pick.

What is a secret word?

An extra lock: they need the word to open the gift. Tell it to them yourself, in a different message from the link.

Who can see our photos?

Only people with the link. Add a secret word if you want to be extra sure.

Can I change it after paying?

Yes, for 24 hours, on the phone you made it on. The link stays the same and shows your changes.

I paid but lost my link

Use Find my link with the UPI reference from your payment app (or the Razorpay payment ID).

What does Keep it forever do?

A gift normally stays up for 90 days. With Keep it forever, its link keeps working.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, if something went wrong on our side, such as paying twice or a gift that won't open. Ask within 7 days.
