When you get it

Your gift link appears on the screen as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds. From there you can copy it or send it on WhatsApp yourself; we never send messages on your behalf.

If the gift is set to open later (a time you picked, or Valentine’s Week, which opens one door each night from 7 to 14 February), the link works straight away and shows a countdown until then.

How long it works

A gift link works for 90 days from when the gift opens, or for as long as Greetroot runs if you chose “Keep it forever”.

If you didn’t get it

Use “Find my link” at the bottom of any page with your UPI reference or Razorpay payment ID.
